I occupy a senior tutor position and am currently teaching Educational Leadership & Management courses at the University of Goroka in the division of Educational Leadership and Management under the School of Education. Firm advocator of Transformation Leadership in Education through Shared Leadership approach. Train most of my students on human resource management, educational supervision and planning for change in educational ideas and practices. Most of the students I teach are senior teachers, deputy school managers and managers, educational administrators and leaders.

Educational Leadership and Management particularly in the area of School Enhancement through TransformationalLeadership, Shared leadership, Collegiality and Empowerment of other stakeholders.
Taught Basic Educational Action research at the teachers college for 12 years. Engaged as an assistant researcher with the a team of researchers at University of Goroka recently as consultant to do a National Research Study on ‘ Students Behavioural Problems in Schools in PNG. Publications
Assisted in Editing a National Language Curriculum Book titled; ‘How to Teach Listening, Speaking, Writing and Reading Skills Functionally and Communicatively: Language Skills Teaching – A guide to effective language teaching in primary schools’. Currently writing a book title; ‘EDUCATION A WHEEL TO PURPOSEFUL LIVING: Understanding how world education system can work harmoniously to fulfil God’s Will and Purpose in every individual person on Earth’. Conference Proceedings Presented a paper at the Waigani Seminar at UPNG in 2015 on ‘Effective Leadership and Good Governance: Decentralization of Leadership and resources to Provinces and Districts’.
