Biography

Eastern Highlander. Teacher and manager by training. He has been teaching in the University of Goroka for more than 16 years. He has served as a secondary teacher and as a manager in both public and private sector organisations for several years.   

Research Interest/Background

Areas researched on include: ‘ Status of OBE Curriculum Implementation in Eastern Highlands Secondary Schools’ and ‘Employee Motivation in the Workplace. A Case Study of Academics at the University of Goroka’. Interest areas of research are: strategic management, human resource management, school management, small and medium enterprises, business education, entrepreneurship and innovation.
