Box 1078 GOROKA 441, Eastern Highlands Province | Biography Kensol Rui recently completed his Post Graduate diploma which is part of his second Masters program in Distance Education with the Indira Gandhi National Open University in India (IGNOU). Mr Rui’s first Masters in Education Leadership and Management was received from the University of Southern Queensland (USQ). He did his undergraduate Bachelor Degree in Arts major in International Relation and minor in Public Policy Management with the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG). Prior to that Mr Rui did his undergraduate diplomas in Teaching at UPNG Goroka Teachers College (UPNG GTC) and Diploma in Business Human Resource Development at the University of South Australia (USA). Mr Rui had previously worked as a Campus Director in NCD, Bougainville and Morobe with the UPNG Open College and joined UOG in 2013 as the Executive Director, School of Distance and Flexible Learning in 2013. Mr Rui has more than 15 years’ experience in managing Distance Education. He has initiated UOG’s first regional campus concept and established two regional campuses in PNG and established one International Campus in Solomon Islands.
